About QualifyMe

The first QualifyMe S106 coordination project was on a site in Ickenham in Middlesex operated by CALA Homes. 8 apprentices became fully qualified on this site and following this success, QualifyMe is now working under contract with Hillingdon Council to run employment & training plans on all their major commercial and residential sites.

The company has two members of staff. The Director and Senior consultant is Dillwyn Rosser. Formerly he was employed by L B Richmond as Head of Employer Engagement. He created and managed “Way to Work” which is a still a very successful apprenticeship training provider. He also managed Richmond EBP which provided work experience for local pupils and work related learning. He holds a degree in Business Studies and a Masters Degree in Strategic HR Management.

Mikki McDermott is an experienced professional in the employer engagement field. Having worked extensively with contractors, colleges, schools and training providers, she has an excellent knowledge of employment & training in the construction sector.

QualifyMe is a small efficient business and the employees work flexibly on a part-time basis. The service we provide aims to reduce the stress of Project Managers by coordinating and managing the employment & training arrangements on their behalf, which leaves the Project team free to construct the building and focus 100% on health & safety and construction quality.

We work closely with local authority partners to provide accurate reports and liaise to ensure that plans are deliverable and meet the needs of the local community. We try hard to support local residents by operating clear and simple procedures for recruitment and training and we use feedback proactively to continually improve our work.
